I need a serious Powerlifting Routine
« on: November 03, 2007, 01:08:40 PM »
I really want to train for Powerlifting and I would like to kow wich are the best methods/routines to increase my strength on all 3 movements. I will participate tomorrow on the national championship to gain more experience but that's all. In the future I would like to be a more competitive powerlifter.
Thanx

Go to Elitefts.com.  Click on the articles section and read them.  After that, get the "beginners training manual and the "training templates" manual (they cost less than $20 together).  That'll give you more than enough to get started.
