He ran up the side of a wall to catch a ball, stole more bases... add that to the football playing... let's not forget the guy was an All American and had he not gotten injured would be a lock for the hall of fame and would have broken every running record in existence until his retirement.

The guy was a beast... period... best pure athlete ever.

Two weeks ago Kevin Willians (Vikings)needed  Iv and oxygen, after running  70 yards,  he almost died



Average duration of an NFL game = 180 Minutes
Average amount of time for timeouts, halftime, huddles, reviews, etc = 165 Minutes
Average amount of actual game action in an NFL game = 15 Minutes.

Genetically inferior? Dude was tackled from behind... A horse collar type tackle which I believe is even illegal in the NFL today and even played baseball after the surgeries and everything.

I'm old enough to have seen Bo play . . . and also old enough to remember that his injury was as serious as it was b/c there was something wrong w his femur naturally.  if you're liable to lose a leg playing a sport, you can't be the best pure athlete in my book.

and plenty of people get horse-collared w/o having their goddam hip pop out.

and to the adrian peterson nuthuggers.  I'm a huge fan . . . but the kid's still in his rookie season . . . and has a history of injuries.
