Adela is our #1 fitness competitor in the world, #1 in the world.  She has won the Olympia in 2004, 2006 and just this year too. She also won the Arnold Classic Fitness International in 2006. She so will definately be missed next year on the stage in Columbus.

Yes, in contest time, as all the girls are, they are lean and mean, with amazing routines on the stage. But off season, Adela is quite nice and has quite a few stories to tell, unless she glares at you :)

After the Arnold Classic last year, she ate a huge pizza in her room (we were there).. and loves to just chop those bars when she is in the GNC booths (just saw her at the Border States a few weeks ago here in California), but don't get to close when she has that chopping utensil in her hand.

 I wish you were back and a part of the Chicago scene. The NPC in Illinois is getting aggressive in putting the Midwest on the map. We could use your star power again.
