Hi everyone, I am putting a cycle together for a friend of mine and was hoping you could look it over to check it looks ok. He has done a couple of low dose deca cycles before but never really made alot of gains so he has asked for my help. This is what ive come up with.

12 weeks sust at 750mg a week.

First 4 weeks dianabol at 40mg a day.

PCT. nolvadex and HCG starting 2/3 weeks after last shot.

I did think to swop him to a short acting test towards the end but for the sake of ease Im just going to tell him to stay on the sust.

How does that look?

Couple of things, was going to get some extra nolvadex to use as an anti e incase of any probs throughout the cycle, is that sufficient?

Is there anything I need to add or take away?. My thinking for the dbol is so he gets almost immidiate gains and dosnt have to wait for the sust to kick in. Sound about right?.

I'd run taht course, but I'd run 4-5months. Nothing wrong at all with that plan.
Personaly, I'd jab 500mg day 1, and 500 again day 3 or 4 to kick it off.
Then  the 750--500EW.

Is the SUS in 1cc AMPS? If not get HG TE. Pay up, You get what you pay for.

Didnt gain off Deca? Fake or underdosed IMO. Most EVERYONE GAINS 1ST TIME.

If you cant get quality, wait.

3 weeks after last shot, the SUS goes By By. You hit the nolva then, or earlier if any Gyno signs.

I personaly tapper down 3-2-1cc SUS with the shots gettin wider appart, up to 17 day apart for last one. Smoother landing.
 Long cycle on long acting.

Coming off 12 week of that can be hard for a beginer.

Actually the only sust I've ever tried that didn't hurt (both UG & HG) was BD's Andropen (like sust).

Yes, i agreed! I have try T mix 325 from globalanabolics. It hursts will hell for about 30sec after you inject. THe result is better than BD.

I get pain from sust/prop the day after an injection & it usually lingers for about two or three days.

Thanks for the replies guys, think I will get the test e then instead of the sust. If he is going to run 750mg a week can it be injected in one go once a week as its just the long acting test or does it still need to be split like the sust?
Also is it still 3 weeks after the last shot to start the novladex?

I would do 2 shots a week, split it up, but that's me. I suppose you could do it all at once if you wish though.

i can do 12 hours of hard labor on the juice very easily and maintain stamina the entire time out in the texas heat.

Agree.  I never used to be able to do cardio after weight training sessions.  Now I can train with weights, run out and eat my food, then come back into the gym and knock out 25 min of treadmill no problems.  I do think you have to be on a certain amount of anabolics to pull this off though.  E.G. 250mg test E you won't be doing some treadmill after weights like it is nothing hehe.

I cant believe them. They'd make good fake supplement before Pixs.

Yes, for PCT 3 weeks after the last shot and personally, I prefer at least twice a week shots.

that sounds like a good plan for his 1st propper cycle... I love sus my self but everyones different..


manual labour and steroids go hand in hand.. 12 hr shifts then straight to the gym is no problem at all... when u come off you just ache like fuck, you can still do it but your workouts turn into quik pump ups

Got to agree, in the winter love sustonon, in the summer prop.

As far as working on the stuff, absolutley phenominal, like a kick in the ass any time you try to think of stopping. I love to hit the gym and hour after a shot...feel like a god...some straight up superman shit.
