People bag on Flex for crazy lift claims, but MD is totally full of shit. According to them Trey Brewer is doing what, 600 lb inclines, 500 lb bb rows, 750 lb squats, and 200 lb bb curls. And the sad part is the guys themselves probably never said that shit, but then they have to pretend to validate it outside the mags because otherwise it makes their sponsor look like a bunch of dipshits.
