well just based on the wording of the question.... its EASIER to become a professional pianist because there is no overseeing federation of professional pianists that only gives 2 new pro-pianist titles per year.

that being said to become one of the ten best pianist in the world vs. to become one of the 10 best bodybuilders in the world..... thats debatable.

both require one in a million genetics though.

Some very inexperienced players use beta blockers to stay calm before important performances and auditions. 
A friend of mine who plays french horn in Europe for an orchestra I won't name, asked me for advise for training for wind and power.  I told him to look for help from a sports clinic where he found a trainer and a doctor who prescribes him hrt doses.

There is far more competition to be a professional pianist.  There are far less pro bodybuilders than there are professional pianists.  Its a mixed bag and I feel extremely lame for even wasting 5 minutes musing on this question

1) Talented

2) Intelligent

Where as to be a pro bber, you just need to have zero regard for:

I would agree until the PDI was born..  These guys never won any shows..
