Phil Heath looks like he is just under 270 pounds, and is still being trained by Hany Rambod. As with Phil training with Jay... I think he has worked out with Jay when he comes out to Las Vegas, but not on a regular basis.

Phil has flown a number of times to Northern California to see Hany.  He actually has been seen at Santana Row doing some shopping. I wonder if it is for him or his wife...

damn, matty didn;t excel in math.  i'll help 268 - 26.8 (10%) = 241.2 lean body mass... 27.2lbs increase since 07 ASC.  trueth is who cares... phil looks freaky and is taking care of biz.  hell yeah!!

Oh lord. I suspect he will make a serious run at the Sandow this year, then after that his body will take a beating. He has put on size faster than the past Mr. O's, which makes me a little worried.

Hahah good old San jose's Santana Row.. used to live a couple blocks from there...

Maybe he was shopping for Hany.


Pretty amazing offseason packup. However, still needs: back, width and ticker chest.
