I wear a cut off for training shoulders, chest, arms and sometimes back etc because i find i have a better ROM than with a T or long sleeve. Once i start sweating i find T's tend to stick and that pisses me off. I wouldn't call myself big at all i'm 6'5" 235lbs but i don't have any hang ups on not wearing a singlet because i'm not a 300lb monster. Oh and i don't wear bodybuilding singlets those are reserved in my opinion for bodybuilders, i wear basketball style singlets.
