On CNN, Army General said every neighborhood in Bagdad is still mixed, none ethnically cleansed... Is this true or false ???

well I'm not there but from most reports I've heard the ethnic cleansing has already happened and there is also a looming refugee problem.

Not saying the general is lying but I've heard statements to the contrary

so that's a false then.  from what I've heard that looks to be the case.
