Thanksgiving and breaking the diet
« on: November 08, 2007, 01:45:49 PM »
With thanksgiving just a couple of weeks away, which of you pansies will cave in and eat and engorge yourselves with as much fat as you can for 4 days then head back to the gym and try to work it all off?

just go zero carbs for a week before thanksgiving then you can eat all the carbohydrate dishes you want..

but you can never over eat on protein or fat without expecting to see fat deposits..

Wrong.  He slipped on ice and wrecked his dome.

Worst diet advice ever.  Seriously, going zero carb to prep for a goddamn thanksgiving dinner?  One day of high calories will not kill you.

ahahahhaa, exactly, you'd think some of these "men" on here were trying to be female supermodels with these low carb diets and two carrot sticks a week food intake.

Diet is just Die with a T on the end right?

Seriously... It's the fucking holidays... you put in all that time in the gym and trying to eat right all year long right? Just enjoy it.

Are you a competitive bodybuilder? Who the hell worries about dieting around the holidays, unless you are competing in the nationals or something (well they are before thanksgiving)..

People that fuss about what they eat at thanksgiving are just asshole attention whores... "Look at me im a bodybuilder" morons.
