Typical Hulkster keep running from what you mean by ' refinement '  ;) and again the reality of the situation is Ronnie does NOT have better triceps or better forearms , he doesn't have better proportion between the muscles , he's lacking another typical Hulkster move is ignore the obvious fixation on the mundane and hope everyone agrees it changes ZERO

Lee has more complete arms with much better forearms and triceps you can't counter this...ever hear that before?  ;)

At first glance I thought "England_1" was posting an old pic of Ronnie...but the fact that it was a 99 shot that was purposely blurred shows the attempted deception was still there :)

I'll say this. Flex had better arms than both of them. When he does a arm shot, the Bi and Tri make a perfect circle. Especially evident back in 1992 and 1993. His Hardbody vid is mind boggling in that respect.... I've never seen anybody whose bis and tris match up perfectly.

That being said, every bodybuilder has a weak bodypart. With Lee Priest, it's his chest, and his huge arms bring attention to that. Ronnie it could be calves, or a lack of exceptional tricep definition.  With Flex, it was lack of width and chest.
