Well, you certainly have shed most of the extra body fat you might have had if any, but naturally with it, you also lost a good amount of muscle. You have a good base to work with. Are you planning to stick to a strict high protein, moderate carb & calorie diet, while sticking to a tight lifting regimen complemented with cardio?
Again, I don't think you look bad at all. I do believe you can start adding some great quality muscle, so as long as your nutrition is there, along with rest and proper lifting rotation.
