that guy has made so many crazy claims that it's laughable, i think he said he was 240 pounds at like 9 percent bodyfat at 5'9".

The arms look decent but he's closer to 29% bodyfat. BTW, why is the bottom of the arm cropped off? Looks a little deceptive.
