waddy's problem is that he considers weight lost as being the same as losing fat..

he has lost a ton of weight (muscle included)..

does anyone of have that pic of him reading the dictionary while curling..dude was a fucking beast then. He was probably "on" but that is the look that he should try for again.

he has the abs of a guy 12-14% BF but with a lot less muscle

he is losing muscle because he does too much cardio and has shifted his workouts exclusively to high rep low weight movements

that is my guess, but DW really should weigh in on his regimen to let us figure it out for sure.
