Is anyone else sick of Candidates nonsense nutrition advice?

  first he was a chubby teenaged know it all talking about "Not" wanting to be lean and how he was bulking...then he finally hit puberty and thinned out now he is a nutritional know it all...get back to your old BF% and wait til you are about 32 and then lean down..then we will see how much you know about diet...whole different ball game when you are 17-18 and have very high test levels and metabolism.
