In the late nineties Flex Magazine itself rated Nasser El Sonbaty and Dorian Yates for having the most intense workouts.

But Dorian had to rely on a drill instructor to get the intense level, where as Nasser had the intensity inside himself.

Oh yeah, Nasser definitely beats Dorian in pretty much every aspect of bodybuilding and life in general. Flex had to name him up there with Nasser to support their gifting of so many sandows to Dorian.

I'd like to see anyone trying that shit with Nasser!

lol, Nasser rips shit up! No one in their right mind would try shit with a 300+ lb monster like him. I remember reading in Flex once that, shortly after he unfairly got 2nd to Flex Wheeler at the Arnold Classic, some reporter followed him backstage to try to interview him but Nasser was rightfully in a bad mood so he chased him out!

I always see Serge Nubret as almost TOO classy to be hardcore in the way the guys see it on here BUT if you are talking hours and hours of intense training, staying ripped the whole time and then STILL living the bodybuilding lifestyle 100% at 69 years of age, kickin the butts of all us youngsters the YES, HE'S MR HARDCORE.
