if you are moving huge weights by form that johnnie jackson uses....i think that's not hardcore...You can't even recognize what movement he is doing because of that lousy style he lifts.
in bb being hardcore probably means more than moving your arms 2 inches while standing completely straight and claim you are doing bent over rows with this huge amount of weight....more like shrugs with baby-weights for that exercise
Completely agree with you. JJ form is garbage. Same with Branch, although his is a little bit less shitty.
What we, as bodybuilders, have to try to find is a happy medium place, where we can overload our muscles using proper form with the right amount of weight, but not a weight that is infantile or too easy, nor an enormity of load, which forces you to look like the notredame hunchback while doing bent over rows. 70 kg for Roland, if used on straight sets, were definitely a walk in the park, even if he paused for 10 seconds each rep at peak contraction.
