Who was the most hardcore, hardcore bodybuilder?
« on: November 11, 2007, 01:52:32 PM »
I say this guy,

reminds me of Mike "Karate badboy" Barnes from Karate Kid III

Took it to the extreme, all the way hardcore.

wearing  construction boots and jeans tucked into your striped tube socks.  those are the fundamentals of hardcore.

The most hardcore of hardcore?

Either Benaziza or Munzer. Basically anyone who's dead.  :-\

every night i wake up in sweat, hearing the cries of the lost souls who died battling it out with me on here and sealing their fate

Definitely NASSER EL SONBATY.

He had some pretty hardcore articles in Flex back in the day, about free weights over machines, heavy weights, etc.  His training videos are hardcore too.

Branch Warren might be second.

Branch is pretty hardcore.

I've seen him do dips with CHAINS over his neck.

I don't think anyone did that before?

Jimmy Fuller is arguably the hardest training bodybuilder ever. He would do up to 100 sets per bodypart in the 15 to 25 rep range taking each set past failure with forced reps and negatives, and he trained twice a day! :o
