he paid the price eventually, plus he had as many negative yardage runs as positive in his career.
He never actually paid the price really. He was an elusive little fucker. Very hard to hit. He did put the Lions in way too many third and long situations though. As great as he was, he did have many negative carries. -1 ,-3, -4, then + 60 and a TD! He was a fkn blast to watch.
oh yeah don't get me wrong, the Human Pinball was probably the most entertaining player for me to watch even more than my other two favorites, Lawrence Taylor and Walter Payton.
AD reminds me of Payton in how hard they both run.AD has a looooooong way to go to be considered as good as him though.
