carlo has been around long time,he looks tight,esp from rear shots,good luck to him,i have to get to his resteraunt eventually,heard it is good place.garcia is big and thick side chest always huge pose.needs a little more seperation but he's full and thick and battling the big boys so it could be enough.

In all honesty, if any one was considering entering the Lightweight class, after seeing Alex's photos wouldn't you just order a couple Dominoes' pizzas and say "Why bother?"

Hey guys. I see Bob's made it a point to stir some shit for me! Bob, thanks for asking me to post those.

Listen, those pics were taken 10 days out. I am not making any excuses. I will be ready come Friday night. Alex is in UNBELIEVABLE condition and will do extremely well!!! Since those pics made it to the boards, I will have more for you on Tuesday, only, in these pics I'll make sure my tan is up to par! I am looking foward to the nationals and competing against the best in the country, just being there is an honor. Peace.

guys, he has won the North America twice , 2nd in the jr.s , top 4 in the usa , and was 3rd in the nationals last year. I think he has the muscle, and a proven track record .
The first two guys from last year are gone ,I figure he is the favorite.
