THE BASIC FIRST STEP

HEY BROS WHAT WOULD BE THE IDEAL FIRST CYCLE, HOW LONG DOES ONE TAKE IT FOR AND HOW LONG IS IT SUSTAINED IN YOUR SYSTEM FOR?  ANOTHER QUESTION IS WOULD THIS CYCLE SHOW UP ON A NORMAL DRUG TEST?

1-10 test e 500mg/week

12-15 PCT

very basic and should not show up on normal drug test

I agree %100, wont show up on a normal drug test you get for a normal job, they would have to test for juice.

if you wanted you could kick it off with 4 weeks of dbol, 50mg ed, because of the long ester you wont see results for a couple weeks from the test e, so with the dbol you should see results the whole time.

... do 250mg test e twice a week btw.

Not very good to give these sort of recommendations without more information.

A few questions for you:

1.  What are your goals?
2. How old are you?
3. What are your stats?
4. How long have you been lifting?
5. How is your diet?  Really?
6. What underlying health problems do you have?

Any moron can take gear.  And many do.

honestly im not about to go out and buy any shit but i am intrigued by it and was just looking for info on it just in case i ever did decide to make the leap i would have some good info behind it...
but my stats look like this
1. my goals are to get BIG like thats a big mothafucka right there...i know i got a long way to go but im being honest
2. 23 years old
3. 6'0 about 205 or so im not sure on bodyfat % but im not skinny and not fat you know...umm max bench for touch and go one rep is 270lbs.  but i want more..alot more
4. ive been liftin since freshman year in high school but ive been liftin "heavy" meaning like as much wieght on every set for about 11 months...
5. diet? its ok? not alot of grease umm alot of chicken and tuna and greens...probably about 170 or so grams of protein between a few shakes and food a day umm not sure about calorie intake alot of water and some pre workout creatine along with 2 grams of L-Carnitine.
6. no health problems

Read up too. The "Anabolics" books by william L are worth the price.

Dont be afraid to bust out some med books like PDR or Merck etc and reference some of the drugs and learn
some medical lingo and body processes.
