Hahaha, the haters are funny, apparently I'm supposed to give a shit about their opinion especially Croach who clearly doesn't know his ass from a hole in the ground but continually makes an ass of himself post after post but in some ways I agree with him..........that being said and for those who haven't been paying attention, this is my first show in 17 years AND MY LAST, I'm doing this for ME just to get it out of system, after this it's no more BBing, no more GetBig or any other board. I've been hired to write for a fitness journal and site www.ideafit.com  and I write fitness articles for my local newspaper and just plan on concentrating on my business.

Hope that pretty much summed it up!

Most of the time, when anyone volunteers decent information, they're ripped to shreds beyond belief. Not in a bodybuilding sense either.
When good advice is dolled out, one of the trolls you speak of usually comes out and diverts the thread in some direction. After seeing this happen repeatedly, you sort of either quit posting, or you become a troll yourself. And then, there are people on this site that just don't know shit and talk a big game...

And if the good contributors to this site were just restricted to that kind of knowledge or advice, getbig would not be the smash that it is. If you think differently, how long the members here could take the non-stop trolling bullshit? As funny as it is some bullshiting for some time, it gets pretty old. And believe me, a lot of people here do enjoy strictly bodybuilding threads and posts. Stuff like Adonis' and Squadfather's gets very irritating, very soon.
