ne competitive national level boxer will in a boxing match beat 99.99999% of men of the smae weight etc

however in a street fight if a large man say 230lb with reasonable strength can get a hold of him before he gets hits then he has a good chance.

e.g a light flyweight i know who has more skill boxing in his baby finger than i do my whole body would not beat me in a street fight, providing i got my hands on him before getting hit. in a boxing match he would make a fool out of me.

boxing works well for a few seconds in a fight in teh street as most fights are over in the first 3 seconds.

if you cant use your hands you cant fight. grappling is good also for when it goes to ground.

tho just remember neone and absolutely neone can be knocked out.

I am not a fighting expert, but it seems to me most fights in real like last a minute or two. I would think that a big guy would have the advantage in that situation. A 12 round boxing amtch may be another story.

I agree. I had a friend named Mike M. who was a professional fighter in the mid 80's and was doing very well (12-1 with 9 ko's) before he became a drug addict and threw his life away. He fought as a middleweight. I stepped in the ring with him with big ass 16 oz gloves on and  he fucking beat me from one end of the ring to the other and was laughing at me. I don't claim to be some super-badass but i could handle myself in a scrap and he fucking OWNED me. It was a real eye-opener
