theres a golds on mchenry? thats weird.. i lived off of mchenry on corson(across from walgreens next to orangeburg) for a little while last spring, and i trained at the in shape ...had i know that there was golds close by i would have went there instead. the only golds i have been to is the one on dale. i was actually supposed to start working there, but when mjc started up i decided to just focus on school.

No its been closed down for awhile, it was as hardcore of a gym as your going to find now. Lots of bodybuilders, npc competitors, judges and whatnot all trained there.

It had the best training environment of any gym ive been too. You went there to train, thats it, no razzle dazzle, but it had everything u needed.

can't thank you all enough for yor support. nobody's perfect but i try to be a great bodybuilder and an even better father and human being I sometimes get upset with what people say on these threads because they have no idea my intentions or what im about as a person so I appologize for lashing out sometimes but I'm only human! I send free pics bring my son to guest pose and talk to any "fans" i might have out there. AD doesn't bs around. If we had more pros like him BB would be a better place.

YES! He trains at the gym I go to, I see him all the time. He hasnt posted any pics ANYWHERE so its gonna be awesome to see him surprise lots of people...I even told him its better to fly under the radar, instead of plastering pics all over the web...

Hes a great person too, I really hope he does well...

I don't know man.. from what I've seen of Crump, he's got good shape and muscularity but AD smokes him maturity and roundness wise...

Don't underestimate Carb loading either. last of what we saw of AD was most likely depleted. If AD applies Milos' loading "tricks" it'll make a clear difference....
