Only had it measured once and I was leaner at 4%, granted it was a calliper test, the most accurate way of testing is water testing, so I would say between 7-10% in the bar pic, on a side note I was drinking shots all nite, so it may have increased my bf% a little (lol)..

I'm going for the health look these days. Staying lean and gaining mass in arms is hard when you're 6'2 and natural.. and only 20

I'm having quite a rough time believing zo isnt a juicer or even 270 pounds. I'd say 250 at the heaviest. Maybe i'm wrong and his legs are monstrous though

Haha, yeah, but with callipers it's not complety accurate, it could be plus or minus a few percentage points, but I was really lean...it was spring break, I had to bring it (lol)
