who knows but at 270 and 8 percent that would mean he's carrying roughly what 248 pounds of absolutely lean mass? that's a lot 6'5" or not.

i never actually measured my body fat.. but a pro was estimating me at about 8%-10%

I can't believe these damn clown think that these "top" naturals ae REALLY natural....blows my mind. In most Natural Federations you just have to be clean for 2-5 years. Most are former juicers who could not win an Open CLASS in the NPC so they switched over. Do one cycle a year then claim to be natural.....

Freaking mockery if you ask me. I know of 1 person locally who stays over 200 lbs LEAN without hormones and he does cardio 6 days a week...

i have seen pics of what i presume are "proper" natural competitors and to be honest you can see much more impressive physiques in the NFL
