The 38-year-old reportedly began eating only purple foods - like grapes, beetroot and eggplant - three days a week to keep wrinkles in check. "Purple food can prevent the breakdown of collagen and slow the wasting of muscles, so Mariah is eating them in bulk," an insider says. But the singer insists she isn't too concerned about aging and will always be a kid at heart. "I'm eternally 12," she says.
