Very difficult losing weight and getting "ripped" or conditioned.. I mean Alex is using stuff, but still what he's doing is crazy and hard to sustain.

I've lost a lot of strength while getting leaner.. It's kinda weird. But I look better than I ever did at heavier weights.

Yeah, it would be nice if he actually put on some muscle instead of trying to pass himself off as cut when he's got nothing to "cut up" in the first place. I know loads of skinny guys with abs who've never lifted a weight in their lives. It don't mean shit.

also that picture was taken in the summer time at it was 80-85 degrees atleast in the room . latley all of my pictures have been taken at a colder temperature i thought this was obvious to these fools being that its mid november and all lol
