so how many hours per night do you normally sleep ?

I prefer to get 9 or so, but these days it's usually around 7.5 with a 20min nap if I can swing it.

8-8.5 hrs.  I'm very selfish about getting my sleep. They could put bamboo under my nails and I wouldn't squawk, but deprive me of sleep and I'd rat all of youse out.  :D

6-7.  id like 8+ but with sleep apnea and just trouble falling asleep in general, it doesnt happen often.
