205 pounds the last champion anywhere near that was Samir bannout in 1983 at 188 pounds , the sport move past Shawn it doesn't take away from his physique which is excellent , but make no mistake the 200 Mr Olympia champions are long gone.

dorian balance was bullshit, his arms are as big as mine but his back was huge, how the fuck was that balance, he was lucky to win all those olympia's.. ???
 but anyway this guys got some balance to him, not sure if he's the best but gotta be up there!!! ;D
