Why do you have to make such an easy question so hard, this man is the clear Winner in this category.

His overall physique and lines just do not flow together to be a piece of art and his genetical muscle shape are not that nice. For example compare his back with Flex's. Waist too blocky and upper arms too short proportionally.

The shape of a BBs quads are like fingerprints in how each individuals are diffrently shaped and what not. Cormier may have the best looking quads ever, followed by Jeff Kings.

Hey, great Pic ! Jeff King's actually my Favorite Bodybuilder ( next to Olivia and Dillet ) of All-Time ... to bad Weider screwed him over.  :'( The sky was the limit for King ... as for the 2nd Part of your Post ... let's not forget about Platz.  ;)

Samir was 198 not 188.

Max rep used to train with Samir, he said he was 187 when he won the Olympia in 83'

Cormier has awesome overall legs, his quad detail is outstanding.
