out of curiosity i wonder how has jay's "supplementation" has changed over the years? and i don't mean "nutritional muscletech products"!
obviously he's gained more mass off season and contest (not saying it's better or worse) than his physique from let's say 1999-2001. but has his "gear" use increased, has the variety been upped, has he now for a few years done the GH and insulin as well? perhaps in previous years he cycled off throughout the year, but now is on year round since what 2001? etcetera.
