hi everyone! here's the question,just turned 43 been working out for a few years, but starting 2008 want to start going hardcore(training, diet,etc) however here's my ultimate goal in a few years: obviously want to get as big, massive and lean as possible, no not pro size (even if i could i wouldn't) but maybe npc level? (is that possible at my age even?)
so basically i want to get further than the "weekend warrior who has some abs and looks like he's fit and works out, basically i want to get past some damn fitness model shape, but stop before getting gigantic and bloated, somewhere in between i guess?!
npc level competitor physique would be the ultimate goal. so i'm wondering would i have to go the aas route, i would be willing as long as it's not insane high levels and i can cycle on and off throughout the year, (no way am i touching the gh and insulin!)
