i don't know how anyone can maintain that level of Bodyfat and Vascularity so well.

Actually, it's a good question...but I think there comes a point where it's literally impossible to become MORE shredded without being dead, and I would say both Gaspari and Alex hit that level.

Same here lol. He looks small relative to pros we are all used to seeing, but guaranteed in person he looks stupid big. There are guys who are 5'9-6'0 who are 165 and not nearly as ripped who normal people consider jacked, let alone at Alex's height and condition.
