Thirdly and most importantly.  I AM NOT CHUNKY  roflmao!!!!!!  I wear a size 5 pant during contest season and a size 7 post contest.  I am 5'4" tall and weigh about 155 off season.  I am a bodybuilder with a 14" bicep, 29" quad, 40" chest, 36" hip and 27" waist.  I wouldn't consider myself "chunky"

Makes one wonder what top level female pros like Kyle and Cadeau's measure at.  They are so damn huge these days, they may actually surpass Arnold's 28.5" best thigh measurement.  Pretty sad!

bis were measured by arthur jones at '197/8" slightly pumped'(only verified time arnold's arms were measured accurately).

thighs were measured at 25.5" when he came to usa from austria BULKED and later at 26.5". arnold's legs looked bigger at times because of the condition they were in. now, i know the cellulite squad will say, 'but my thighs are...', but, well, i give you jaejonna after 16 weeks preparing for a contest 'spilled over a bit' for an example of the less deluded among you (at least he put it down).

calves 20"? lol. refer chest measurement comment and add a few more 'dumb's. if that were true, proportioned to his thighs he would have legs like dorian yates with calf implants.

First none of them were even competitive during Arnolds time (1970-1975) let alone had bigger or better legs. Arnold dwarfs all them but hey if you need some help getting atleast one guy I will give you Sergio Olivia, good luck finding anyone else even close to either of them.

Makes you wonder if that is why they stopped providing measurements for competitors...they were fantasies created to make the competitors appear more impressive. 

Interesting to see that in the Wikipedia entry on him, someone puts Ronnie Coleman's measurements at:

Height: 180 cm (5 foot 11 inches)
Weight: 135 kg (296 lbs) (contest) | 147.5 kg (325 lbs) (off-season)
Arms: 61 cm (24")[4]
Chest: 147 cm (58")[5]
Thighs: 86 cm (34")

I think many of Arnold's measurements have always been exaggerated.  Don't get me wrong, he has been a very positive influence on BB.  I am 5'11" and have shaken hands with him.  We were eye to eye.  There is no way he is 6'2".  At his best his quads were maybe 27".  Quads and glutes were always is weakness.  He was a master at drawing attention away from his weaknesses and toward his many strengths.  None the less, he was great.

I think the Guiness Book of World Records lists Arnold at 6'1" and I think thats accurate
