I remember i've only puked twice from training, first time was when I was 18 and had drank 1 litre of choclate milk on the way to the gym and then did 20 rep squats for the first time. I tried to hold it down, but then the guys started talking to me about dieting and how they mix up their oatmeal etc and I ran to the bathroom lol

second time was because I was drinking this preworkout booster called "enrage" from gnc (very high caffiene etc) and I drank like 5 scoops instead of 2 and trained arms for 1 hour and a half hahahaha oh brother!!!
