Wonder if Casey Viator was juiced to the gill's back in '70 when he was third in the original Mr America. The next year he won the title at 19 years of age. That's when they had best arms, chest, back, etc awards. Think he won best arms and another body part when he won the overall title that year. Let's face it, there are a rare select few men who are physically superior (more muscle mass/stronger) by nature. Natural talent (genetics/muscle hypertrophy) goes a long way towards this. These guy's are all doing what just comes naturally, growing muscle. They probably could not stop it if they tried. Not saying if this kid is, or is not, on 'roids or GH, but we might want to give him the benefit of the doubt before dumping on him.
Besides Brothers & Polynesians I have met some White Breads who have that natural advantage. Including some Italians, and other people, who's last name usually ends in a vowel.
