I recall articles about Milner back in the mid 70's and if I recall correctly there was one story about him locking himself up in a snowbound, backwoods cabin to train during the long winter months in preparation for an upcoming summer contest.

Sort of a well planned bodybuilder's "Into the Wild".

Here's an  IronMan cover shot taken back then .....

I was unaware that he had passed away. Any further details on his death?
