Weigth Training:Senegalese Style: On Last Man Standing

On Last Man Standing tonight, the contestants had to go to Senegal to wrestle Senegalese Wrestlers.  They had home made dumbells and barbells, and lat pull down machines and lifted outside.. One of the contestants said that" this one of the most rickety gyms he's ever seen. Another said, "I go to bed and there are guys doing push ups, and I wake up and there are guys doing push ups." 

The Senegalese wrestles look like they could easily win Mr. Getbig with a couple weeks of dieting. Sheer dedication, yet we Americans give all the excuses in the world not to lift or get in shape...

The show was pretty good, I didn't watch all of it, but Senegalese wrestling techniques were interesting. Size helps, but strategy and quick reflexes are a must.
