I think he's like 24. Was a heavyweight last year but moved up to superheavies this year. Definitely added a ton of mass.

5'6 I think, not that it matters much... he went from being 16 place heavyweight at last year's nationals to 16th place superheavy this year.

Hopefully now he is satisfied with the amount of mass he has, and will focus more on conditioning so he will do better next year.

Here is one of my quads about a month ago and of me training about 2 weeks ago. I have a bulging disk in my lower back so i have been dealing with that.

Smooth isn't the word for it, rule of thumb when getting ready for a BBing contest is to diet....seems he neglected that part of his training. Another rule of thumb is to not step on a stage at over 10% BF $:-\$
