Absolutely done. His left side is crap at this point and he would need a tiny midsection to look good again. Even with a small midsection, having arms that different in size should make him lose any show he enters from now on.

I've said it about Branch and I'll say it about Ronnie. At a certain point more muscle is just more muscle; it does not look better aesthetically speaking.

Ronnie looked better at this size. I believe it was back in 1997.

Man, his physique sure did lose that pop... Sucks...Thats how it goes though...We as fans should be appreciative that Coleman didnt shortchange us of seeing him go until he couldnt go anymore! Torn lat, perhaps torn quad, etc...He was an animal and almost won in 2006.....
