i challenge all here to complete 600 inclined pushups with double pause at the bottom along with 400 leg raises or 600 full range situps. along with a 4 mile run/jog
you will need atleast 5000 calories to complete this hell of a work out
yesterday i did the following , and im getting stronger everyday because i increased calories big time but my main source is protien bars the sugary kind
i did 750 inclined pushups with 400 leg raises and 200 squats with the 35 pound dumbells
i dont wanna hear none of this 10 sets of 10 crap either because thats only a 100 reps and only 10 sets. IT TOOK ME AROUND 65 SETS TO JUST COMPLETE MY PUSHUPS WITH THE AMOUNT OF REST I WAS GIVING MYSELF. I SUGGEST GOING ON YOUTUBE AND MAKING A PLAY LIST OF FAVORITE SONGS TO HELP YOU WITH THE WORKOUT!
normally i would do about 300 reps of inclined pushups and get sore as fuck, i think it was because i wasnt getting in enough carbs. today im feeling only a tad sore if any sore ness i attribute this to the carbs in the protien bars helping out with that. I must say i am very happy with my new routine. These workouts take a LONG TIME to finish so break it up during the day. Also have plenty of WATER WITH BAKING SODA. Why baking soda? well it helps the body process the sugars and protiens making your body alkaline, you wont get zits from all the sugary protien bars and you will feel better
