Dont you hate it when someone at work or a friend describes another guy as if he is tough because "HE GOES TO THE GYM 4 TIMES A WEEK" like that makes them automatically bench 600 pounds, have 4% bodyfat and 22inch arms when in fact the guy is 180, 27% bodyfat with 14inch flabby arms and looks like he just finished training for a pie eating competition.
