that is 20 mcg

start with 1 the first 2 days then increase to 2 the next few days and go up from there if you can.  I cannot tolerate it at all.  20 makes me feel like utter shit.
alot keep it at 80 a day.

For the length there are different theories but you can search here cuz a lot of dudes have used it successfully

Been there before. I took 100mcg of clen & then about an hour later tried to shoot my pec. Well I was successful with the shot but it was a very bad shot. I gave myself a bruise the size of a quarter (stayed bruised for about a week).
