flax oil if you don't consume a lot of caffeine. If you do it negates the chemical conversion in the body thus making it empty calories. Coconut oil and olive oil are good too.
If you go with flax I suggest Barleans brand. It tastes very good and is excellent quality

where are you getting this information. what chemical conversion, all fats are converted by the same enzymes.
