Like once after a 800 lb deadlift. Alternate days, I do it after a 900 lb squat.

those weights are a bit on the light side, lol, but i remind you that it's called bodybuilding, not powerlifting.
besides, it's not about the number, it's how you make the weight
feeeel.
let me explain,
i can make an 800lb bench press feel like it's actually a lot heavier, say 1200lbs, by putting my
mind into the weight.
in fact, while i'm typing right now i'm actually training my forearms , because i am
feeeeeling 500lbs of tension on each of my fingers because my fingers can't actually seebgkkvjghhhhhhhhhhhhhh
