finally having an off-season that i like.
220 in the morning.
and this was taken after 30 mins on the bike just after waking.
flat, hungry, but overall still liked how things were going this week so i took pics.

after all the bashing of my stage shots (181 lbs) i figured this would put things into perspective
that i'm not paper-thin, and actually take this seriously.

flame on if you will.
just felt it was my due for the shit i talk to some people sometimes, at least they know where i stand.
PS i'm not looking to be the next sevastase, i know my place at getbig, i don't insult or call-our people who look better than me.

competed twice and had to take diurectics for stage obviously.
natural, no.
i guess the orals would have been the "crossing point" for me, but
to answer your question, around competition time i have used orals
to help with training.
