TEAM NASSER TEN COMMANDMENTS'

1 I am NASSER who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery;

2 you shall have no other gods before me.

3 You shall not make for yourself an idol, whether in the form of anything that is in heaven above, or that is on the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.

4 You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I NASSER am a jealous God, punishing children for the iniquity of parents, to the third and the fourth generation of those who reject me,

5 but showing steadfast love to the thousandth generation of those who love me and keep my commandments.

6 You shall not make wrongful use of the name of NASSER, for the Lord will not acquit anyone who misuses his name.

7 Remember the Sonbaty day, and keep it holy.

8 For six days you shall labour and do all your work.

9 But the seventh day is a Sabbath to NASSER; you shall not do any work—you, your son or your daughter, your male or female slave, your livestock, or the alien resident in your towns.

10 For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that is in them, but rested the seventh day; therefore the Lord blessed the Sonbaty day and consecrated it.

If you have sinned, then please PM father Bluto. Praying outright to Nasser may not be enough as he's so focused in on his training, which doesn't leave him enough time to forgive.

In the offseason Huge Nasser typically has four different workouts, which he would rotate on five days during the week. For example, you can train Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, then take Wednesday off, then go Thursday and Friday, and take Saturday off. This way you are not training on Sonbaty Saturday (day of the Sabbath). However, there is some flexibility in when you chose your other 5 training days. He also mixed up his workouts at times as part of his instinctive training. Also make sure you are doing cardio 3-4 times a week for 30-45 minutes in the offseason.
