I can't laugh cause i've been there muh self a few times. First time, Under the car port benching, rusty plates that won't slide off, trapped under a massive 225 lol! Had to roll the shit down my chest and gut to get it off! 2nd time, leg pressing 495 and got stuck in the buck on the third rep, could'nt yell for help, fart, shit nothin! Had to inch worm my way up and out the seat!

Theres a Pakistani guy at my gym who "benches" 3 plates a side for a rep, which gets stuck on his chest and 2 of his pals strain like mad to get it off him.
Then they add another 25 a side!!!

I stopped using weight that requires a spotter because it's not worth it.  If you need to have as much help as people ask for then you should drop the weight.  If you struggle with 2 reps at a 250 lb bench and ask for a spotter to help you get 5 then drop to 225.
