Me too! But back to heavy calories and lifting this January!
My breakfast shake these days is awesome.. Throw like a mix of skim milk and water into the blender with 2 scoops whey, a cup of oats and one whole banana. Great breakfast and it's quick. You can put in some instant coffee mix for a morning boost.
It's like 500 cals, but good stuff.
haha do you soak the oatmeal beforehand? Doesn't get chunky and shit man? That's a great idear considering how lazy I get in the mornings before class, thanks.

LOL, its okay I enjoyed some of the posts thoroughly.. you can almost tell which one of these guys is just having a fun time and the desperate one's going for the cheap "owning"

Thanks man, I'm weighing around 170 these days, like 10 lbs more than when I started lifting again so the progress isnt all that bad
